Audio Editing (23 Things Tie-In)

Discover how to record and edit audio with software already installed on our computers. Audio snippets can be emailed, inserted into PowerPoint presentations, or incorporated into web pages. Make MP3 files or burn CDs. Imagine students recording dialogues for world language classes. What if students recorded their own poetry, created oral history projects, or conducted interviews to playback during class?

Photoshop Fundamentals (Rescheduled from March due to State of the School)

The focus of this session will be preparing images for either screen or print publication.  Learn the steps to make your photos look their best.  We will do a variety of images together and then you will have an opportunity to work on your own photos. Please have images available on your hard drive or the server if you wish to work on your own photos. Sample photos will be provided for those that don’t have images.

Tablet PC Sharing Session (WEBINAR)

During this meeting, people will share experiences that will benefit others in the Tablet PC Program.  A suggested focus is the use of tablets in science.

You need a mic and headset for the session; you can borrow one from Dino if need be.
