The Academy has upgraded to the new Microsoft Office 2007.  Although it is more intuitive for new users, veteran users will need some time to get used to it.  Use this workshop to acclimate yourself.  We will focus on Microsoft Word during the workshop but will also get a chance to see some new features in Excel and PowerPoint.  Discover the new interface and see how you can make your work look even more professional. 
 

In this workshop, you will learn to properly set up your gradebook for the new school year, calculate grades, track attendance, prevent Easy Grade Pro from saving ten copies of itself, and use Easy Grade Pro's security features.  Hidden features will also be examined. 

The new School Information System will have a built in gradebook; however, you can still use Easy Grade Pro as an alternative.

Create a classroom web site on our official school web site!  Set up your own classroom calendar, bulletin board and classroom resources like handouts and web links.  This workshop is also good if you need a refresher on editing your web site.
