Using the Snipping Tool 

Use the Snipping Tool to capture any image on the screen.  Below, is one method of using the snipping tool. 

   1.   After launching the Snipping Tool, click the rectangular selection box next to the scissors symbol.

   2.   Draw a box representing your selection area.

   3.   You can now ink on the image if you wish. 

   4.   Then click the "Send to" button (a.) and select the "copy/clipboard" button (b.) to place the selection into the computer's memory.

   5.   You can then paste the image into any program you wish.
